Shipping Policy


At FOOTLIB, we aim to deliver premium footwear to your doorstep quickly and securely. Every order is handled with care from packaging to delivery.


Order Processing & Dispatch

  • Orders are processed and packed within 1 business day
  • Dispatch is done from our facility: 65-KM, Masood Spinning Mill, Bhai Pheru, Phool Nagar City, Multan Road, District Kasur


Delivery Charges

  • Flat Shipping Rate: Rs. 249 on all orders across Pakistan
  • Charges remain the same on Sale orders unless specially mentioned.

 

Estimated Delivery Time

  • Within Punjab 2–4 working days
  • Other Provinces 3–5 working days
  • Note: Delays may occur in case of weather, political disturbances, or hard-to-access areas.


Order Tracking

  • Once dispatched, your tracking number will be sent via SMS/WhatsApp.
  • Order status can be tracked directly through the courier’s tracking link.


Delivery Guidelines

  • Courier will attempt delivery twice
  • If both attempts fail, the parcel may return & require reconfirmation
  • Advance payment may be requested for high-value orders


Open Box Policy

  • To maintain hygiene and product integrity, parcel cannot be opened before payment.
  • If any issue arises afterward, our Return & Exchange Policy will assist you.
