Requests accepted within 7 days of delivery Time.
Accepted Reasons
- Size issue
- Wrong product received
- Manufacturing/material fault
- Damage during delivery
Not Accepted If
- Product is worn or damaged after delivery
- Shoe box, inserts, or tags are missing
- Product purchased under “Non-returnable” sale
- Incorrect address/size selected by customer
Return / Exchange Process

- Share order number + product photos/videos
- Pickup/drop details will be provided
- After quality check → exchange or store credit issued
Refunds
- Store Credit for size or preference issues
- Cash/Online Refund only for faulty/incorrect deliveries
