Eligibility

Requests accepted within 7 days of delivery Time.

 

Accepted Reasons

  • Size issue
  • Wrong product received
  • Manufacturing/material fault
  • Damage during delivery

Not Accepted If

  • Product is worn or damaged after delivery
  • Shoe box, inserts, or tags are missing
  • Product purchased under “Non-returnable” sale
  • Incorrect address/size selected by customer

 

Return / Exchange Process

  • Contact Support
  • Share order number + product photos/videos
  • Pickup/drop details will be provided
  • After quality check → exchange or store credit issued

 

Refunds

  • Store Credit for size or preference issues
  • Cash/Online Refund only for faulty/incorrect deliveries
