1. How do I place an order?

Select your preferred article and size, add it to the cart, and complete checkout by entering your details.

2. How long will delivery take?

Punjab: 2–4 working days
Other Provinces: 3–5 working days
(Delays may occur due to weather/political conditions)

3. Where do you deliver from?

4. Can I inspect the product before paying?

Due to hygiene reasons, open-box checking is not allowed, but we fully support you after delivery if there’s an issue.

5. Do you restock sold-out products?

Yes! Many of our bestselling designs are restocked. Contact support to check availability.

2. Are there any additional charges?

Yes — a flat Rs. 249 delivery fee applies nationwide.

3. Can I pay online?

Yes, online payment options are available in selected areas and for specific orders.

4. Will I receive a payment confirmation?

Yes, you will receive a confirmation SMS/WhatsApp once your payment method is verified.

5. Do high-value orders require advance payment?

Yes — a partial advance may be required for security purposes.

Order & Returns

1. Can I change or cancel my order?

Only if your order has not yet been dispatched — please contact us right away.

2. What if my shoes don’t fit?

We offer 7-day exchanges for size issues if the shoes are unworn and packaging is intact.

3. How do I request an exchange/return?

Contact our support team with your order ID and product photos/videos. Pickup or drop-off details will be shared.

4. Do you provide refunds?

Refunds are issued only for faulty or incorrect items.
Size or preference issues = Store Credit.

5. Which products are non-returnable?

Used or damaged items

Items without packaging

Final sale or “Non-returnable” marked items

Ordering from Footlib

1. How do I track my order?

A tracking link will be shared via SMS/WhatsApp after shipping.

2. What happens if delivery attempts fail?

Courier will try twice. After that, the order may return and reconfirmation will be needed.

3. How do I know my correct size?

Check our Size Guide on each product page or contact us for help.

4. Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we deliver only within Pakistan — worldwide shipping will be added soon.
